This position also requires the employee to be able to conduct computer training to faculty, staff and students to support their teaching, job or academic functions. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related field) is required; plus a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a computer support environment. This candidate must also be Microsoft Certified (MCSE), in Server 2008 including (Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS), SQL 2005, Exchange 2007 and a background in Jenzabar EX would be a plus. Successful candidates must be friendly and customer-support oriented and be able to work under time constraints.
